Terms & Conditions: Luminous Trinity Therapeutics

1. Introduction

Welcome to Luminous Trinity Therapeutics. By accessing this website and purchasing our services, Sacred Space Monthly boxes, or Craft Kits, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase products or book therapeutic sessions. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Professional Disclosure & Scope of Practice

Services Provided: Luminous Trinity Therapeutics offers Therapeutic Arts, Somatic/IFS-informed facilitation, and Spiritual Life Coaching. These services focus on nervous system regulation, personal growth, and "Art as Therapy".

Educational Status: Participants acknowledge that Sheena Tiicham Muir is currently an M.A. Candidate in Counselling Therapy. While these sessions are informed by clinical training, they are delivered as Therapeutic Arts and Coaching, not as regulated Clinical Counselling or Psychological services.

No Medical/Crisis Advice: Our services are for wellness and self-discovery. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a licensed physician or psychiatrist. Luminous Trinity is not a crisis service. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please contact the Vancouver Island Crisis Line (1-888-494-3888) or dial 9-1-1

Suitability & Self-Regulation:

Participant Suitability: By engaging in our services, you acknowledge that you are emotionally and mentally fit to participate in creative and somatic processes. Our sessions are designed for personal growth, "unmasking," and wellness in a low-sensory environment.

Facilitated Regulation: As a Therapeutic Arts Practitioner, I am here to hold a safe, "candle-glow" space and to offer grounding and regulation support should you feel emotionally overwhelmed during our somatic work. However, participants are expected to have a baseline ability to manage their own well-being.

Zero-Tolerance for Violence: To maintain the nervous system safety of the entire group, Luminous Trinity maintains a zero-tolerance policy for physical violence or aggressive behaviour. We are not equipped to provide behavioural de-escalation or crisis management. If a participant’s behaviour poses a risk to themselves or others, they will be asked to leave the session immediately, and a referral to higher-level clinical or emergency services will be provided.

Post-Session Responsibility: You agree to take responsibility for your own self-care after the sessions. Because Somatic and IFS-informed work can continue to process after you leave the sanctuary, we encourage you to have your own external support system in place

4. Commercial Terms (Products & Subscriptions)

When purchasing a Sacred Space Monthly Box or a Crafted Connections Kit through Luminous Trinity Therapeutics:

Pricing & Currency: All prices are in CAD. While we strive for consistency, we reserve the right to adjust pricing based on the cost of high-quality artisan materials. Any price changes will be communicated to active subscribers 30 days in advance.

Subscriptions: Monthly boxes are billed on the 1st of each month.

Cancellations: You may cancel at any time through your account. To avoid being charged for the upcoming month, please cancel at least 5 days before the billing date.

Failed Payments: If a payment fails, we will attempt to reach out once. If unresolved, the subscription will be paused to ensure you do not accumulate unexpected charges.

Shipping & Handling:

Scope: We currently ship within Canada.

Artisan Care: Every kit is packed with "sensory-safe" materials and includes tracking via Canada Post. Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Address Accuracy: For our Hybrid Hub participants, please ensure your shipping address is correct by the 20th of the month to ensure your kit arrives before our scheduled session

5. Returns and Refunds:

Physical Artisan Products: Due to the curated, specialized nature of our Sacred Space Monthly Boxes and Crafted Connection Kits, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

Damaged Items: Your "Pocket Sanctuary" should arrive in perfect condition. If an item (such as a tapestry frame or air-dry clay) arrives damaged, please contact via email within 48 hours of delivery. Please include a photo of the damage so we can send a replacement at no cost to you.

Service Cancellations (Groups & 1-on-1):

Individual Sessions:

Participants wishing to cancel or reschedule their session must provide at least 24 hours' notice via email or phone. This allows time to offer the spot to someone on the waiting list.

Late Cancellation Fee

If at least 24 hours' notice is provided, a refund will be issued minus a 20% administrative fee to cover credit card processing and administrative time.

Rescheduling Option

To support your commitment to this work and avoid the 20% administrative fee, you may choose to apply 100% of your payment as a credit toward a future session. This credit must be used within 90 days of the original appointment date.

Grace Policy for Emergencies

I understand that life and health emergencies happen. You are granted up to three “grace” cancellations per calendar year where the cancellations fee will be waived. To maintain the consistency required for this therapeutic work, grace cancellations are limited to one per four-month cycle. Beyond these, the standard 24-hour notice and fees will apply.

Group Socials & Pilots: Because our groups (like "The Emotional Landscape") are limited to 6 participants per group and require significant pre-ordered artisan supplies, registration fees are non-refundable after the first session

6. Intellectual Property & Copyright

Ownership of Content: All content on this website—including original artwork, logos, photography (such as our imagery), and text—is the sole intellectual property of Luminous Trinity Therapeutics.

Proprietary Curricula: The specific therapeutic designs, 12-week course structures (e.g., "The Emotional Landscape" and "Love Letters to Self"), and the step-by-step instructions for our Sacred Space and Crafted Connection Kits are protected proprietary works. These were developed through a specialized lens of Somatic and IFS-informed therapeutic arts.

Restrictions on Use:

Non-Commercial Use: When you purchase a kit or a session, you are granted a single-user license for personal growth and wellness only.

No Redistribution: You may not reproduce, redistribute, record, or sell our content, artisan "modules," or kit instructions without express written permission.

Professional Integrity: For fellow practitioners, if you wish to reference our "Art as Therapy" approach, please contact via Email for formal collaboration or licensing inquiries

7. Limitation of Liability & Assumption of Risk

Maximum Extent of Law: To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of British Columbia, Luminous Trinity Therapeutics and its facilitators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our artisan products or participation in our therapeutic sessions.

Assumption of Risk: By participating in our creative and somatic processes, you acknowledge and assume the following risks:

Physical/Sensory: Allergic reactions or sensitivities to specialized artisan materials (e.g., raw charcoal, air-dry clay, textile fibers, or essential oils).

Emotional: Temporary emotional discomfort or "vulnerability hangovers" that may arise during Somatic and IFS-informed unmasking processes.

Facility: Risks associated with the physical studio environment in Nanaimo.

Personal Responsibility: You agree that you are the best judge of your own physical and emotional limits. You are responsible for self-regulating and seeking external medical or psychiatric support if our wellness-based services bring up a clinical crisis

8. Right to Suspend or Cancel

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion, particularly in cases of suspected fraud or a breach of these Terms.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Provincial Law: These Terms and Conditions, and any services provided by Luminous Trinity Therapeutics, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

Local Jurisdiction: You agree that any legal action or dispute arising from your participation in our Nanaimo studio sessions, our Hybrid Accessibility Hub, or the purchase of our Artisan Kits shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Nanaimo, British Columbia.

Severability: If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable by a BC court, the remaining sections will continue to be in full force and effect to protect the integrity of the Sanctuary
