Refunds & Cancellations Overview

• Physical Products (Kits/Boxes): All sales of Sacred Space Monthly boxes and Crafted Connection Kits are final. We do not offer refunds once an item has shipped. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement.

 

• Individual Sessions: Subject to our 24-hour notice policy. Cancellations with 24+ hours notice receive a refund minus a 20% admin fee or a 100% future credit.

 

• Monthly Groups: Registration is for the full block. Refunds for the month are available up to 7 days before the start date, minus a 20% admin fee.

 

• Space Rentals: Subject to a 48-hour notice policy for a refund (minus 20% fee) or 100% future credit.
