Professional Disclosure (M.A. Candidate)
Participants acknowledge that the Lead Practitioner is currently an M.A. Candidate in Counselling Therapy. While sessions are informed by clinical training, they are provided as Therapeutic Arts, Somatic/ IFS and Coaching, not as regulated Clinical Counselling.

Safety & Suitability
Our "candle-glow" sanctuary is a space for wellness. You acknowledge you are mentally fit for somatic processes and take full responsibility for your self-regulation. We offer regulation support but are not a crisis or de-escalation facility; physical violence or aggressive behaviour will result in immediate removal from the session.

Commercial Terms

Pricing: All prices are in CAD. Therapeutic art groups are GST-exempt as per the June 20, 2024, federal update for qualifying practitioners.
Cancellations: Individual sessions require 24 hours' notice or are subject to a 20% late fee.
Intellectual Property: All course designs (e.g., The Emotional Landscape) and kit instructions are proprietary. You may not reproduce or sell them without written permission.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nanaimo, BC
