Behavioural Guidance: Adult Services When overwhelmed, our behaviour is the loudest way our nervous system signals for help. Whether it shows up as a meltdown or a freeze loop, behaviour is a message—not a defect. At Luminous Trinity Therapeutics, Behavioural Guidance isn’t about forcing compliance. It is about slowing down to uncover what your body is trying to say. I help you track how you feel, decode distress, and connect internal dots using three powerful, non-clinical tools: Therapeutic Arts, Somatic Tracking, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) "parts work." Better communicate your needs and reduce physiological stress. Bringing the Sanctuary to You I bring this safe harbour to your doorstep. My name is Sheena Tiicham Muir. As an Autistic Artisan, Somatic/IFS Practitioner, and M.A. Candidate in Counselling Psychology, I believe every unique "operating system" deserves a sanctuary. My mobile service eliminates travel anxiety by bringing a low-sensory, tactile, and soul-deep therapeutic experience directly into your home. Mobile Support for Adults Recommended for: Neurodivergent individuals, or those navigating high-conflict, family enmeshment, or chronic burnout. Adult stress often manifests as chronic people-pleasing, structural self-doubt, panic loops, outbursts, or emotional shutdown. You might spend hours analyzing your past logically, internally criticizing yourself, yet your body continues to react to old triggers as if the threat is happening right now. I provide a safe, non-judgmental container to step out of "talk loops" and drop into the physiology of healing. Together, we will: • Meet protective parts (managers, critics, perfectionists) keeping you safe. • Track and discharge stored fight-or-flight survival energy from your tissues. • Process heavy emotions through Therapeutic Arts when words feel too difficult. • Establish ironclad boundaries and reclaim your emotional sovereignty. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy 1. Cancellation Notice Participants wishing to cancel or reschedule their session must provide at least 24 hours' notice via email or phone. This allows time to offer the spot to someone on the waiting list. 2. Late Cancellation Fee If at least 24 hours' notice is provided, a refund will be issued minus a 20% administrative fee to cover credit card processing and administrative time. 3. Rescheduling Option: To support your commitment to this work and avoid the 20% administrative fee, you may choose to apply 100% of your payment as a credit toward a future session. This credit must be used within 90 days of the original appointment date. 4. Grace Policy for Emergencies: I understand that life and health emergencies happen. You are granted up to three “grace” cancellations per calendar year where the cancellations fee will be waived. To maintain the consistency required for this therapeutic work, grace cancellations are limited to one per four-month cycle. Beyond these, the standard 24-hour notice and fees will apply.
