Service Description
Recommended for: Neurodivergent Individuals, individuals navigating high-conflict environments, family enmeshment, or chronic burnout. As adults, our behavioural patterns often show up as chronic people-pleasing, structural self-doubt, panic loops, outbursts, or a heavy, bone-deep state of emotional shutdown. You might spend hours analyzing your actions/past in your logical mind, internally criticizing yourself, yet your body continues to react to old triggers/overwhelm as if the danger/situation is still happening right now. I provide a safe, fiercely non-judgmental container to help you step out of the intellectual "talk loops" and drop straight into the physiology of healing and getting a better understanding of why you react the way you do. Together, we will: • Meet the protective parts of your mind (the managers, critics, and perfectionists) that have been working around the clock to keep you safe. • Physically track and discharge stored fight-or-flight survival energy from your tissues. • Establish ironclad personal boundaries and safely reclaim your emotional sovereignty. Meet your Emotions when verbal communication feels too difficult. This is done with Therapeutic Arts.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy 1. Cancellation Notice Participants wishing to cancel or reschedule their session must provide at least 24 hours' notice via email or phone. This allows time to offer the spot to someone on the waiting list. 2. Late Cancellation Fee If at least 24 hours' notice is provided, a refund will be issued minus a 20% administrative fee to cover credit card processing and administrative time. 3. Rescheduling Option: To support your commitment to this work and avoid the 20% administrative fee, you may choose to apply 100% of your payment as a credit toward a future session. This credit must be used within 90 days of the original appointment date. 4. Grace Policy for Emergencies: I understand that life and health emergencies happen. You are granted up to three “grace” cancellations per calendar year where the cancellations fee will be waived. To maintain the consistency required for this therapeutic work, grace cancellations are limited to one per four-month cycle. Beyond these, the standard 24-hour notice and fees will apply.
