Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy 1. Cancellation Notice Participants wishing to cancel or reschedule their session must provide at least 24 hours' notice via email or phone. This allows time to offer the spot to someone on the waiting list. 2. Late Cancellation Fee If at least 24 hours' notice is provided, a refund will be issued minus a 20% administrative fee to cover credit card processing and administrative time. 3. Rescheduling Option: To support your commitment to this work and avoid the 20% administrative fee, you may choose to apply 100% of your payment as a credit toward a future session. This credit must be used within 90 days of the original appointment date. 4. Grace Policy for Emergencies: I understand that life and health emergencies happen. You are granted up to three “grace” cancellations per calendar year where the cancellations fee will be waived. To maintain the consistency required for this therapeutic work, grace cancellations are limited to one per four-month cycle. Beyond these, the standard 24-hour notice and fees will apply.
